What is Training Motivation?

Our programmes are designed to build manager’s personal self-confidence to enable them to successfully transfer the experience into the working environment .

Training motivation is a process of building a manager’s personal self-confidence toward a learning experience through the provision of enough support to enable them to successfully transfer the experience into the working environment in order to improve business performance.

Without this motivation, the training experience is less likely to achieve successful transfer. Managers require motivation to develop their skills as leaders in order that they can motivate their teams to deliver the task – customer satisfaction.
