We use a Psychodynamic Systems approach to affect management training and development in order to increase efficacy throughout the organisation. We use a hybrid open-systems socio/technical model to enable the identification of current and crucially future business performance (see fig. below).
The model is helpful as it presents the business as a functioning system.
Our training enables each manager to understand their role within the system and how they optimise performance whilst reducing waste.
