WHAT IS TRAINING TRANSFER?

Our programmes are designed to ensure as much knowledge as possible is transferred into the working environment.

Training transfer is a process by which new knowledge gained in the training environment (Training Motivation) is transferred into new learning and applied practice in the working milieu thereby enhancing the work experience and improving business performance.

The key to successful training transfer is through the creation of an operating environment that is conducive to the practical application of the new knowledge. The operating environment is the workplace. The member of staff in charge of the working environment is the manager. Therefore, we place all of our training effort into the development of the manager (including supervisors and senior practitioners).

Our training programme and project managed change programme is designed to ensure as much knowledge as possible is transferred into the working environment. The chart shows the impact of our training in terms of transfer, an 8.5 times improvement.
